Tullahoma has a housing crisis

Tullahoma is in a housing crisis. New residents have experienced it, older residents trying to downsize have experienced it, and long-time planning commissioner Bill Comer, who’s lived in Tullahoma for 50+ years, articulated last night how it’s leading to a loss of business and industry for our city. We’ve distilled the four-hour meeting down to five minutes of commentary from Mr. Comer and the principal of Walker Collaborative who has spent the better part of a year analyzing the situation.

Do you agree with those who want to limit the development of our community?
